1.    How can I make a reservation?

You can choose from 5 options:

-      Send us an e-mail or complete the reservation form on this page!

-      Online reservations are only possible if booked  early enough in advance.

-      Call Reservation Office: (+41) 041 711 7439 (Monday to Friday, 9am – 9pm, weekend 2 - 9 pm)

-      Reserve a room in person at the reception (Monday to Sunday, 2pm – 9pm)

-      Book a room at the Red Self Check In Automat located in front of the Hotel

2.    When do I need to pay?

You have to pay on the day of arrival while checking in and you have to check in at the Hotel Station Zug (Baarerstrasse 73).

3.    What time can I check in?

You can check in between 2pm and 9pm at the Reception ( in Hotel Station Zug, Baarerstrasse 73 ).

4. Can I check in before 2 pm or after 9 pm?

No, not for Boardinghouse rooms. 

5.    What do I need in order to check in?

You need your Reservation Number, ID (or passport) and Credit Card! We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, American Express, EC-Card or cash payments in CHF or Euro. You need to come to the reception located at Hotel Station Zug, Baarerstr. 73, CH-6300 Zug, opening hours: daily from 2 to 9 pm.

6.    How can I enter my room?

You need to use a unique PIN NUMBER written on your bill, which you receive after completing the payment.

7. What should I do if  my PIN  doesn`t work?

You can call an emergency number  079 5412004. Housekeeping will help! Or see the reception at Hotel Station Zug, opening hours 2 - 9 pm daily. 

8. Where can I wash my clothes?

In the basement of the building is a washing machine and an iron.  

9. TV - how may I get more programs in English?

We recommend to use www.zattoo.ch on your computer. You can watch free channels on your laptop. Besides we have ASTRA  satellite receivers in each room.

10. How can you offer such low prices?

We offer hotel rooms at the lowest rates within the city of Zug with a high standard only with reduced staff at the reception and weekly service only. If you need more service, we can help you for additional fees.

11. When do I need to check out?

The latest check out time is 10 am. Please be aware that in case of late check out, we may charge you for an additional night.
